Brief introduction and application:

 

The three axis (XYZ) servo-control automatic key loading-curve tester which is Hi-tech machine integrated the precise

structure, auto control and precise pressure control into one is developed and manufactured by our company. This tester

has these advantages such as powerful functions, easy programmable, easy operation and low price. It is suitable for the

test for the keyboard of cell phone, the keyboard of the computer, the keyboard of ATM, the keyboard of remote controller

of TV/air conditioner.

This tester can make the operational platform to work in the expected track by the movement controller, electrical motor

and moving platform; the test software can automatically collect the data of load ~ displacement of the key, and create

Load~displacement curve accordingly, automatically save the testing data and automatically judge Pass or Fail.

We got the patent for this tester in China, the patent No.:ZL200920061353.7

Specialties: 

 

1. Peak Force、Return Force、Distance、TT、Click rate and the dynamic impedance FO can be shown directly on the graph.

    There’s no need to calculate by people. (picture one)

2. Automatically inductive test method: no matter what height of the key is, it can be controlled by computer automatically

    through the test of the stroke and load.

3. After finishing test, it can show FCFC_DFPFP_DFMFM_DFRFR_DCCCC_FCRTTFOFO_D 

    and automatically do a judgement, Pass or Fail.

4. Chinese or English interface can be optional . The unit (NLbgfkgf) can be switched freely .

5. The testing method can be set, saved and called for use from the saving record . The data and curve can be printed directly.

6. The life damping curve can be created, the test report can be converted to Excel and PDF file format.

7. Air compression test, optional re-test function and curve modifyingfunction .

8. The X-Y coordinate for testing the specimen can be manually selected in the computer software or directly input the

    AUTOCAD file in the system to get the coordinate . These increase the testing efficiency and the accuracy of the coordinate.

9. Cycle test is programmable. It is applicable to tests for batch of same products, which saves lots of testing time.

10. In the instruction mode, it can check any coordinate needed to test to ensure if the coordinate is correct.

11. Z axis is controlled by Micro measuring controller; collecting the data of the load on key by precise load cell made by U.S.   TRANSCELL. This testing machine adopts high rigid steel as structure, and the surface treatment is with surface polishing 

    and chromium electroplated.

12. X,Y,Z axis adopt servo motor from Japanese Panasonic to drive; transmission by precise ballscrew which can achieve the

    low noise and long durability.

1. Main interface of the software:

 

The software is developed based on WIN XP operation system. There are two language interfaces ( Chinese, English) can

be switched.

Functions: it can show all the test dataFPFCFMFRCC(%)….etc.

Single re-test function.

Prompt judgement for Pass or Fail.

The test methods cab be set up, adjusted, saved and modified unlimitedly.

Automatically inductive testing  

Impedance conduction/ conductive displacement test function, etc.

Different judging conditions of low and up limit can be set independently for many keys,

Testing conditions can be set at most 500 sets. the testing can be saved automatically after

finishing the test, and will flyout the judging result of pass or fail.

 

 

2. Automatic key testing system of XYZ axis:

 

Input the AUTOCAD file into automatic key testing system of XYZ axis to create the coordinates and the testing track automatically, refer to below picture.  It can save the testing coordinate and prevent from low efficiency to get the coordinate manually and prevent from the incorrect test (exclusive technology in this field)
