The machine can print data and curve reports without your inputting them again.

Automatic test results judging and analysis

You may input the upper and lower limit specification values of the compression or tensile load, and the machine can

automatically judge whether the test results pass or fail and analyze the results.

Roll curve display

It can automatically generate tensile and compression curves. The insertion is positive value, while the extraction,

negative value.

It has the unit and language switchover functions; the function of displaying several curves in one interface; and the single

and multiple choice re-test function (repair test);

It supports retention test, tensile and compression tests and breaking test; the test methods can be set, saved and called

for use;

Test Report:

Curve reports (choose the data curve you want to print)

Several curves can be printed on one piece of A4 paper. Pull the scroll bar and you can choose any curve number you

want to print. You may also export the curve to other programs, such as E-mail.

The curve will automatically show the current peak values of the insertion and extraction force and the corresponding

stroke values.

1. All test conditions are input in the computer and stored automatically: load measurement range, stroke measurement

   range, total measurement times, speed measurement, measurement direction, dwell time, retention time, load zero

   clearing and origin position detection and so on;

2. It can show in real time the current value of the insertion and extraction force and the change in stroke, and meanwhile,

    load-stroke (kgf-mm) curve, life die-away curve (kgf-time), test conditions, maximum insertion and extraction values,

    current test values (force value, stroke and test times) or switch to the dynamic impedance – stroke picture;

3. It allows the setting of upper and lower limit values and the software can automatically judge whether it passes or fails;

4. The test data can be set according to the print needs and the following data can be printed: insertion and extraction

    curves (load-stroke) + life die-away curve + test data, test data, etc. And the following can be automatically calculated in

    the test report: maximum value, minimum value, mean value, difference, standard deviation, etc.

[Dynamic impedance test]: (optional)

The system can measure the insertion and extraction force (tension or pressure) while measuring the contact resistance

value and also drawing the dynamic impedance change curve on the [load-stroke-impedance] curve. The high-speed test

function is 100 times/second, which can ensure an accurate impedance change value.
